Drama
This Tuesday for drama we made paper bag puppets. I was in a group with Shontelle, Hope and I.
At first we did a poster of the four aspects of hauora but to do with food and how it if good for all four sides. later on we started to do our puppets I made sponge bob, I love sponge bob because He is weird like me and he is always happy and sometimes sad but not really.
Before we started hope had to go to the dental van once she left i thought of sponge bob and that is how I got the idea of making sponge bob.
Hopes
Shontelle
We started to think about 1 aspects at first, which we thought would be the easiest. That is the Physical well-being, eating healthy foods such as vegetables; fruits and lots of protein would help you to keep your energy , therefore, making you active. The next aspect that we looked at is Taha Whanau / Family, eating home made recipe your family . Foods may be a way to socialise with people better, like at gatherings, festivals or just hanging out. The third aspect that we started to do is Mental/Emotional well-being, this could connect to the whanau as well. This could be that after being tired from work or school; knowing that you have a family that takes care of you and makes you food, would contribute to how you feel emotionally. The last aspect which was Taha Wairua or Spiritual well-being, we looked at last. The foods could connect to your religion, an example of this can be not eating meat; as well as eating certain types of foods during parts of the year. That is how we think eating healthy food help all 4 aspects of Hauora.
