All summer in a day: English

Throughout the text we are to find 3 words of which we are unfamiliar with and find the definitions 

Tumultuously : Tumultuously is a loud, excited or confused noise

Apparatus : Apparatus is the structure of a system or a organisation 

Solemn :  Solemn is like a strong belief and not going against it 

The protagonist of story is Margot Who believes that she will see the sun again, Or though All the other kids don't believe her she doesn't go against that, She is optimistic at the start but guttered and upset by the end of the story because while the other kids are out Playing in the sun that only appears once every 7 years she is stuck in a closet in a tunnel. At first the most the kids are negative and mean whilst at the end they are feeling guilty and bad for the experience they took away from Margot
