In isolation I have gone for hour walks or half an hour walk with my dad and sometimes my sister joins but not much. I have spent at lest half and hour on a call doing stretches including arm and leg stretches and exercises like lunges, squats, situps, pushups, planks and core exercises with a friend.
I went for bike rides and there is the game it's like just dance but it's a bit different, it's really tiring and fun
